ir Boss One LLC has been providing air boss and aviation event services for over 15 years throughout the US and Canada. Formed by a merger between Positive Show Control (John Smutny) and Air Boss 1, LLC (Owen Ashurst), we offer a full range of aviation related support and resources to ensure your event will be a safe, entertaining, and exciting experience for your performers, guests, staff, and volunteers while complying with all regulatory requirements.

We hold an FAA Recognized Air Boss – Multi-Venue rating. This is the highest rating issued by the FAA and we are one of only about two dozen air boss service providers in the US to hold this rating. In addition, once finalized by Transport Canada and NAV Canada, we will be one of a very few air boss service providers in North America to hold that rating in both the US and Canada.
